It is time again for the PCHS Marketing students to do the food truck project, and we would like to involve the public. They are conducting research to help them decide what type of food truck to create. The assignment is this: If Mr. Evans and Mr. Niss allowed the school to have one food truck, available to the students and staff, as well as the community, what would you want the food truck to offer?
