Congratulations to our student teacher, Ms. Mallory Branek, on her graduation from UNO!
Ms. Branek has spent the semester in our 2nd grade classroom learning from her mentor teacher, Mrs. Heidi Koster, while developing lesson plans and building great relationships with students. She also went above and beyond by helping coach basketball this year!
We are thankful for all she has done at Pawnee City Schools and wish her the very best in her future teaching career!

Mrs. Lang was nominated for being an absolute rockstar in the classroom. Her enthusiasm, positivity, and creativity shine every day, helping her kindergarten students grow and thrive all year long. She creates a fun learning environment, builds strong relationships, and even went above and beyond to help with prom. She truly is a bright light in our building!
Mrs. Johnson was nominated for everything she does behind the scenes to keep Pawnee City Schools running smoothly. From schedules, events, trips, and sports logistics to multitasking like a pro—she wears many hats and does it all with dedication and care.

Parents, your 5th-11th graders are welcome to bring their NERF Blasters for a Last Day Lunch Battle Royale! We'll play capture the flag in the gym during 5th hour/Lunch. You can keep your blasters in your lockers or in Mrs. Bloss's room. You MUST wear safety glasses if you play.

Good luck to our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) students as they take their state exam this Saturday! They have worked incredibly hard all semester through online coursework and hands-on lab sessions and we are proud of the dedication they’ve shown every step of the way.

Root beer floats for our last staff delivery! A sweet way to celebrate as we get close to the end of the school year. We’ve had so much fun with our monthly deliveries—thanks to our amazing staff for all you do!

The juniors in the SCC Welding class visited SCC Lincoln to use their oxy-acetylene track cutter. They also took a tour of the new welding facility- the largest in the United States!

Elementary Concert

Congratulations to senior Erynn Anderson on her senior signing to the United States Marine Corps!
Erynn will be leaving this summer for the delayed entry program and we are so proud of her commitment, courage, and dedication to serve our country.

Mrs. Hippen is always a bright light in our school—smiling, positive, and encouraging every student she works with.
