The Pawnee City Cross Country team ran great at the Weeping Water meet on Thursday, Aug. 24.
The six junior high girls ran a great race. Medal winners were Haylee Plager, 7th; Emily Koster, 8th; Bella Seitz, 9th, and Addison Boverhuis, 10th. Ainsley Rauner and Lilah Yunghans also ran well.
Junior high boys Kolbrin Farwell, Zeke Ferebee, and Ryan Plager worked hard and finished strong.
Varsity girls Morgann Friedly and Anna Koster received medals and placed 14th and 15th respectively.
Cael Johnson finished strong in the varsity boys division.
