Due to snow & wind, tomorrow, Thursday 2/13 is 2-hr LATE START. Thursday P/T Conferences will proceed tomorrow at same time (4:00-7:30). All supt. search committees WILL meet tomorrow as scheduled: Staff & BOE in elem. library, Community group in HS library.

Parents: Because there is no school tomorrow, the Parent/Teacher Conferences, that were scheduled for tomorrow 2/12 will be moved to next Wednesday, February 19 at the same times (4:00-7:30). Elementary scheduled conference times will remain the same on 2/19 as scheduled on 2/12.
Due to the forecast for snow, wind, and very cold temperatures, school tomorrow, Wednesday, February 12th is CANCELLED.

The PC Speech Team had a successful showing yesterday at the Auburn meet. Pawnee City continued to build momentum with several more debut entries and a 5th-place team finish. Many students had impressive finishes and met personal goals.
Kaitlyn Svoboda was 5th in Entertainment Speaking; Kaitlyn, Anna Meints, Madolyn Gottula, Abby Dietrich, and Cameron Ottersberg were 3rd in Oral Interpretation of Drama; Haylee Plager was the top novice in Program Oral Interpretation; and Kailey Hartman won Extemp Speaking.
This week they will compete at the conference meet on Wednesday and Meridian on Saturday. You can catch them soon at our upcoming Pawnee City invite on Sat, Feb 22nd!

Lots of hands on learning at SCC Milford for John Deere Tech Day! Our students learned about what a day in the life of a student would be! Students also learned more information about the AKRS Jump Start Scholarship Program!

The 8th grade class took a trip to Omaha to visit UNO today! We got to see classrooms, library, the rec center and great dorms! We also ate lunch on campus!
