The PC volleyball team won their first two games in the Pioneer Conference tournament by beating Lewiston and Diller Odell this evening. Senior Adrian de Koning also passed 500 career kills! The Indians play again tomorrow at 7:00 pm at HTRS against EMF.


Mrs. Veleba's homeroom was the winner of the trivia question posed to students today! The question was:
What staff member heard President Ronald Reagan speak at their college? If you guessed Mrs. Veleba, you were right!

Congratulations to the high school volleyball team for winning the Falls City Invite!



Mock trial in Mrs. Bloss's 11th grade English class this morning. The students use this opportunity to review after reading The Crucible.




Pawnee City students participated in Fire Safety Week with presentations from the Pawnee City Volunteer Fire Department. Students learned about fire awareness and prevention. The department also let the student use the fire hoses!

PC One-act is looking for:
-3 pairs of brown work gloves (the longer the better)
-3 simple tool belts
-1 large gray men's coveralls with LONG SLEEVES
-1 child's blue or gray coveralls (for a size XS girl)

It was our first trip to K-State for a college visit and we will definitely be back! The kids enjoyed all the academic programs K-State has to offer! We also got to see PC alum, Ashlynn Hartman!

Kindergarten has been "Building by Reusing" with Mrs. Hoffman. We love to see their creativity!








Senior Parents - Please join us at 1:00 on Thursday, October 17 in the gym for Apply2College Day! We will begin with the FAFSA presentation, then students will apply to college and we will end by celebrating their accomplishments! Just a reminder that completing the FAFSA is a graduation requirement this year!


The middle school leadership team is so excited to launch their after school mentoring program! On November 7 and 14, our leadership team will be available to meet one-on-one with elementary students!
Please note that due to the size of our middle school team, we have to cap the amount of elementary students at 15.
Grades K, 1, 2 will meet with their mentors on November 7 and grades 3, 4, 5 will meet on November 14.
