
Congratulations to PC senior, Logan Maloley who was selected to play in the 4 State All Star match hosted by Highland Community College in Highland, KS! It was a highly competitive match featuring seniors from Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri and Kansas!

Last week, a group of students was able to visit UNO! University of Nebraska at Omaha is always a favorite! Did you know that you can lease their housing options for twelve months?

Bravo to our choir as they performed tonight at the Pioneer Conference Choir. This year all the conference schools gathered at one site. Students worked hard all day & gave a great performance! Thank you Sterling for hosting & thank you to our amazing parents for making the drive up!



PC students Anna Meints and Logan Maloley recently completed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) coursework through SCC! At tonight's board meeting, they demonstrated some of the skills they learned such as putting on/off PPE, taking a blood pressure and temperature.
Thanks to the generosity of the Pawnee City Education Foundation, Anna and Logan received this certification at little or no cost to them! They also earned high school credit as well. Big thanks to Kelsey Johnson for being the instructor for the course!





A big congratulations to Isaac Seitz as he has committed to Peru State College with his senior signing! Isaac will be majoring in Criminal Justice with hopes of working in law enforcement! We are proud of you Isaac!





The middle school leadership team led the elementary PBIS pep rally today! Students played a game of red light, green light to help everyone remember the hallway and sidewalk expectations!







Congratulations to Logan Maloley on her senior signing to Doane University! Logan will be majoring in Exercise Science and will also be playing volleyball for the Tigers! Great work Logan! Be on the lookout as we celebrate our seniors with senior signings!

This Saturday starts the competition season for PCHS's Play Production team. Thanks to all the community members who have helped to get this production ready! Break some legs and hope to see you at a show!


We'd like to invite & strongly encourage parents to attend Digital Parenting training Monday 11/4 @ 6-7PM by NDE Safety Director, Jay Martin in gym. It's for any parents of children/youth w/access to electronic devices, or will soon. NHS is providing childcare in the high school.



Parents of young children, childcare will be provided at Monday's Digital Wisdom and Culture presentation. If you are interested, you will find high school students waiting outside the gym to take your students to the high school building


Members of our middle school leadership were out and about hanging fliers for the Angel Tree Project! The leadership team works with the city on this project! If you are interested, applications are available at the city office!
