PC One-Act is looking for several old farm/garden tools: shovels, digging tools, one pitchfork, and one post hole digger. Many community members have asked how they can help with all the items we need to find this year and we really appreciate it! Please let Mrs. Bloss know if you have some old tools we can borrow. The crustier, the better!

The Pawnee Puzzlers elementary leadership team kicked off the day with trivia for the elementary classes! Did you know elephants can eat up to 300 pounds of food in a single day? Huge shoutout to our leadership team for stepping out of their comfort zone, facing the fear of public speaking and totally rocking it!

Take a moment to check out the SCC dual credit value sheet!

Southeast Community College dual credit partnerships
are designed to provide students with the opportunity to
explore career and education opportunities by enrolling
in general education courses to earn college credit hours while
still in high school. These courses get students one-step
closer towards earning a post-secondary credential in a
program of study at a significantly reduced cost.

Huge thanks to the Pawnee City Education Foundation for contributing financially thoughts scholarships and reimbursements!

Our leadership teams have been busy! On Friday, Pawnee Power awarded the very first All-Star Student of the Week! Pawnee Power promotes school activities and recognizes students who go above and beyond in their activities and contributions to the school community. Coaches submit nominations and the team works to reach consensus on who should receive the award. Congratulations to our first honoree, Abby Dietrich!

The new junior class, Pathways to Success is off to a great start! Today students teamed up in rotating pairs for a self/others perception activity. They brainstormed adjectives that describe themselves, then compared that to how others see them, analyzing whether they're truly sending the message they want to their audience. Through the design thinking process, they're learning to reflect and refine how they present themselves. All of their work is building toward a big culminating project, a reverse career fair in December, where students will showcase their skills, strengths, and future goals in a creative and professional way!
