On February 17, 2026, the eighth-grade class visits the University of Nebraska in Omaha (UNO). The class had a tour guide while visiting and saw the campus, dorm rooms, gym, swimming pool, and other buildings.
The class was asked about their visit. Aubrey Sisco said her favorite part was eating on campus. Aubrey also mentioned that their tour guide was really nice. Some students mentioned that they liked the campus, but Omaha might not be the best fit for them. Jason Cumley said that the class got to learn a lot about being a Maverick as well!
