On Wednesday, January 21, the junior high girls' basketball team plays at home against the Lourdes Central Catholic Knights. The girls, alas, lost 18-28.
When asked about something the team did well, Coach Jacobs said, “They played hard through the whole game.” As well as, when asked about the team's goals for the rest of the season, he replied, “My goals are for the girls to always give their best and to remember it is only a game, have fun.”
When asked what the team could improve on, Aubrey Sisco replied, “We could improve our defense by being in the right place at the right time.”
The girls' next game is on February 2nd against HTRS.
