On Friday, January 2, the lady Indians take on Parkview Christian at home. The junior varsity team won with a score of 27-8. Leading scorers were Kailyn Jensen with 13, followed by Brook Tozer with seven, Ainsley Rauner with three, and Emily Koster and Taelyn Blecha each with two.
The varsity girls also won that night with a score of 69-20. The leading scorers were Kinsley Benson with 20; followed by Madelyn Osborne with 11; Kailyn Jensen with eight; Ericca Gyhra with seven; Adelyn Sisco, Breonna Gyhra, and Emalyse Gottula each with 5; and Haylee Plager with three. Abby Dietrich and Emily Koster each scored two, and Taelyn Blecha scored one.
Their next game will be at Weeping Water on Tuesday, January 6.
