On Tuesday, December 30, the girls basketball teams play against Sterling at home. The JV team won with a score of 29-16. The leading scorers were Ainsley Rauner with 11, followed by Emily Koster with seven, then Haylee Plager and Kailyn Jensen each with four, and finally Brook Tozer with three.
The varsity girls won that same night with a score of 52-47. The leading scorers were Kinsley Benson with 16, followed by Ericca Gyhra with nine, then Emaylse Gottuta and Taelyn Blecha each with seven, followed by Maddy Osborne with six, and Adeyln Sisco with five, and finally, Haylee Plager with two.
Their next game will be against Parkview Christian on January 2.
