Earlier this fall, sixth-grade students from Pawnee City, along with 4,200 others, attend the Sportsmanship Rally at the Pinnacle Bank Arena.
Students around the state heard Husker student-athletes speak about the importance of believing in yourself, perseverance, and being a good team member.
After the event, they had lunch from Valentinos and got to watch the Women's Basketball home opener. The team played against Northwestern St. and won.
