Earlier this year, I got the opportunity to interview one of the owners of The Shop. This restaurant in town is owned by Arlan and Bobbie Meints. Bobbie was available for our interview.
The Shop first opened in late 2023, but Arleys has been around since 2013, and they have been making frozen pizzas since 2022. When asked how working in the food business is, Bobbie responded, “It can be very stressful at times, but we really have enjoyed it throughout the years we’ve had our own businesses.”
Bobbie also stated that what is most important to her and her family is the quality of their customer service and the quality of their products.
