On November 12, Dakota Dean and Ryan Plager make a trip to Shirley’s Place to ask Shawna Dietrich some questions. This business started in Dubois in 2009. In 2015, they moved to Bern, KS, and in 2019, they relocated back to Nebraska, settling in Pawnee City, where they currently reside.
When asked about the most popular items, Shawna said that the prime rib sandwich, appetizers, and their ranch dressing are popular. Shawna said her personal favorites are the sourdough and the cowboy bites. Shirley's busiest days are Fridays and Saturdays.
