For our yearbook project this semester, I had the opportunity to interview Renee Boomgaarn at NAPA/H&H Auto Parts and learned about her business, including her employees and the products she sells.
Renee has owned this business for approximately 21 years and has been in her current building for around 8 years. Besides Renee, there are two other people who work at NAPA. When asked what a typical workday looks like, she gets the freight unpacked, answers the phone, helps customers, and restocks items. Renee says what she likes most about working there is helping people find the parts they need. Her most popular products are oil and filters.
