The junior high team goes against Diller-Odell on Monday, September 15, at home. The Indians won with a score of 52-34. Cade Johnson scored seven touchdowns, Jovani Mena-Hendrickson scored one touchdown and two extra points, and Waylon Strathman scored two additional points.
When the team was asked what they did well during the game, Jace Rauner responded that they did well on offense. When asked what they did to prepare for the game and what they needed to improve for the next game, he responded, “We practice form hitting for the game. We also need to get better at covering the pass.”
The next game is Monday, September 22, at Parkview Christian.
