On April 23, the 8th grade travels to SCC and Duncan Aviation. When the students were asked about what they enjoyed and what their favorite part was, Tiffany Sampont responded, “The visit was fun, and I enjoyed how the rooms resembled a hospital or doctor's office, too.” Tiffany said that she does not see herself going to either place.
Ainsley Rauner also commented, “I enjoyed the college visit. I thought it was very interesting! My favorite part was touring SCC because I liked how welcoming they are, and it felt very cozy and close to home.” Ainsley said that she could see herself going to SCC but not to Duncan Aviation.
Students have a great opportunity to go on college visits. Thank you, Mrs. Blecha, for taking the time out of your busy schedule to take them!
