Pawnee City is proud to announce that we now have a girl golfer! Ava Meints is a member of the HTRS golf team with Coach Heath Finke, and we have asked her some questions about her experience so far. Ava went out for golf to try something new and now enjoys it very much. She set some goals for herself: she wants to get 45 on nine holes and in the low 100s for 18.
Ava said her favorite thing about golf is all the people she's met so far. When asked if golfing was easy, Ava replied, “It's definitely challenging at times, but it's nothing I can’t handle.”
