Oscar Machini, son of Carlo Machini and Erica Scarel, is a part of the class of 2024. Oscar has one sibling, Sara Machini. Oscar is one of the foreign exchange students this year, and his host parents are Mike and Heather Farwell. Oscar’s host siblings are Jett, a junior in Pawnee City, and Alex, who is attending the Nebraska Transition College in Lincoln.
Since arriving in Pawnee City, Oscar has participated in football, basketball, and One-Act. While in his home country of Italy, he also played basketball his freshman, sophomore, and junior years. As for the spring activities, he plans on participating in track.
Oscar also added that outside of school, he likes to workout and hang out with friends. After graduating from Pawnee City, Oscar plans on going back to his home country and finishing high school.
