On Wednesday, October 23, 2023, select FFA members travel to Broken Bow for the State Land Judging competition. The team consisted of Hallye Friedly, Adrian de Koning, Madolyn Gottula, and Emalyse Gottula.
When asked how the weather was and how it affected their judging, Adrian and Emalyse both agreed, “The weather was drizzling and cold; the only difference was having to keep your paper dry so it could be scanned at the end.”
Adrian continued, “Land judging is helpful for farmers, but I don't plan on that as my future.” Adrian went on to place 15th that day.
