New to Pawnee City this year is Austin Martin. He teaches junior high and high school Special Education. He is also one of the coaches for Play Production. Mr. Martin graduated from Falls City Sacred Heart in 2012, served in the Marines from 2012 to 2017, and then attended Peru State College and graduated in May 2023. When asked if he's enjoying Pawnee City so far, he replied, "I am enjoying Pawnee City so far and enjoy being able to work with the students and help them be better individuals."
When asked why he decided to teach here, he responded, "I decided to choose Pawnee City because there is a great sense of camaraderie with the staff and a great mentorship group for me to get me started and well on my way to being independent and helping them to achieve our goals as a school and to help students achieve their goals and life aspirations."
