Joey Marteney, son of Donna Hopkins and James Marteney, is a senior at Pawnee City High School.
Joey has participated in many different extracurricular activities during his time at Pawnee City, including both basketball and tack since his freshman year and football since his sophomore year. Joey was also involved in One-Act during his freshman, junior, and senior years. During his sophomore year, Joey was elected to be a class officer.
When asked about his thoughts on college, Joey said, he plans to attend SCC in Lincoln for his gen eds next year, then transfer to UNL to major in education.
