Many people may not realize it, but right here in Pawnee City, there's a facility that produces pet food to help feed pets across the United States: Alphia. I had the opportunity to interview Mandy Layne to learn more about the business.
Alphia has many employees working in a variety of roles, including production, maintenance, quality, food safety, warehousing, logistics, accounting, internal and external marketing, and leadership.
According to Alphia, pets are at the heart of everything they do. The company focuses on producing safe, high-quality pet food while also maintaining strong safety standards for employees.
